Please read prior to ordering!
By ordering items from Seven Springs Customs DBA Complete Off Road (
Here after refered to as SSC) , you are confirming that you have read
and agree to our warranty and statement of liability below:
Do to the fact the SSC operates through Ebay, www.completeoffroad.com,
walk in orders and processes phone orders. It is not possible to show
real time in stock status on all retail sources. SSC makes every effort
possible to keep all listings current. If an item you ordered is not
available or has had a price change you will be contacted with the new
price and or availability prior to shipping your order. If you are
unable to wait for back ordered items or do not agree to the price
difference we can cancel the order give you a refund.
Warranty is limited to the cost of the replacement part. All warranties
limited to Manufacturer’s warranty. All purchases are limited to one
Warranty replacement. For claims on all Yukon Gear products call or
email SSC FIRST for an R.G.A. (Returned Goods Authorization) number, we
will then forward the R.G.A.number to you with a shipping address where
the item(s) to be returned to. Claims on warranties for all non-Yukon
products should be made directly to the manufacturer. Claims may take up
to 8 weeks to be processed. No further warranties are expressed or
implied. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping (to and from) on
warranty claims. Used parts have no warranty.
All returned goods will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. All
items must be returned in resellable condition (Original Box unopened
and original packaging, no tape or fingerprints). Returned Items will be
inspected for cleanliness, damage and completeness. Gears that have
been mounted on carriers, gears or carriers that have had bearings
pressed on, any nick or imperfection on gears, ect. will not be
accepted. Customer is responsible for verifying that the parts received
are correct for their application PRIOR to removing them from the their
box. If you have any doubts, contact SSC. If SSC does send an incorrect
part, that is deemed incorrect by SSC, SSC will issue a UPS Return label
via email or U.S. Mail for the item to be returned. Upon receipt of
this item in Unopened condition, SSC will send a replacement via UPS
Ground at no charge. If Customer needs the item in a more timely
fashion, They must prepay for the replacement part (and any expedited
shipping means required other than U.P.S. Ground) and SSC will refund
their payment minus the shipping charges upon receipt in New Unopened
condition. Any Item that does not meet this criteria will not be
accepted and will be returned at the customers expense. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Customer will pay all shipping costs on exchanged items and warranty
items to and from. Any items that have been miss-installed or modified
from their original state will not be accepted for return. Tools, Roll
Cages, Used Parts and Special Order items are Non-Returnable. Shortages /
incorrect parts received must be reported to SSC within 30 days of
receipt. SSC will not be liable for shortages or incorrect parts shipped
after 30 days of receipt.
Iowa residents will be charged sales tax.
Sales Tax will also be charged on special DS orders from Randy's Ring
and Pinion on shipments to Tennessee, California and Washington.
Because SSC has no control over the installation and/or other uses of
our products, SSC will not be held liable for personal, property, legal,
or financial damages or claims stemming from the use or misuse of any
product we manufacture or sell. The purchaser assumes all responsibility
for the safety, proper installation, performance, and applicability of
these products. If you have any doubts or concerns about the
installation, function, performance or proper use of any of our
products, please contact us prior to the installation or use of the
product.
Domestic shipping is done with UPS. If expedited shipping in needed on
your order you will need to call us 563-583-5363 and arrange the
shipping via phone. For security reasons expedited shipping is not an
available option for orders done through the website.
The most economical shipping method available for international orders is USPS. However due to weight and size restricitons some items, such as, but not limited to, fridges and lift kits may need to ship UPS.
International shipments may have taxes and duties assessed to them by your (customer) country. SSC can not and will not be responsible for these costs. Due to the many varing customs and duties charges imposed by various countries we are unable to estimate what these will be for the you (customer). You must contact your customs office or a brokerage dealer to find out what customs and duties will be for your order.
If an international package is refused by the customer and the
package is returned to SSC the customer will still be charged the
shipping cost, taxes and duties and a 20% restock fee
